Every Academy trainer must also be qualified in the former Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training (NTIS Code BSZ40198) or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (NTIS Code TAA40104).

Our trainers are coordinated and managed by an Academy Manager in each State, for uniformly excellent delivery of training courses.
