PUBLIC LIABILITY, as part of the running of the market we cover all stallholders ‘for their legal liability against bodily injury or damage to property of third parties as a result of an occurrence caused by the negligence of the stallholder.   This does not include cover for product liability, or cover for food outlets or carnival type rides.  If in doubt you should contact your insurance agent to ensure you are adequately covered.’
COMPETITIONS conducted by Market Management or the Promo Group (with the exception of the ‘Weekly Stallholder Raffle’ or specifically stated) ARE NOT TO BE ENTERED INTO BY STALLHOLDERS OR THEIR WORKERS.  These competitions designed specifically at increasing or rewarding our customers.

WEEKLY STALLHOLDER RAFFLE, is held each week with the winning Stallholders sharing in 2/3rd’s of the funds raised.  Identified Ticket Sellers sell tickets.  Results are advised no later than 1pm.  No other raffles are permitted without permission Market Management. Surplus funds are managed by Stallholders Promotion Group for special promotions. The Promo Group meets monthly.

POSITIVE STALLHOLDERS, any market is only as good as the people involved in bringing a ‘market experience’, and that experience will best be promoted by a ‘positive attitude’ from all our stallholders. It is up to you to be positive about your market, and promote it positively to all your contacts so that your market business grows.
