Disabled Facilities

Car Parking

In 2011 we will have 2 Show parking areas designated for disabled people attending the Show. We will continue to have some parking on the Showground and as well we have an easily accessible area for disabled parking in the car park on Goodwood Road. The parking will be near the crossing on the Brooker Highway and entry will be through the entrance gates on the Brooker Highway. Spaces are available for drivers with a Disabled Parking Permit. Cost is $10.00 per vehicle per day unless you are a member of the Royal Agricultural Society of Tasmania.

A limited number of spaces are available on the Showground. Visitors to the Show may apply to reserve a parking space prior to the Show. There is a $10.00 parking fee applicable unless you are a member of the Royal Agricultural Society of Tasmania.

Toilets

Toilets for the disabled are situated at:

• Under the Main Grandstand at the Brooker Road end
• Adjacent to the Alcove Lawn and Equestrian area
• Behind the St John First Aid Room
• Adjacent to the Brooker Road Entrance
