My promise to you with my BMX act is an audience that is smiling, laughing and having a whale of a time.

We all remember the times when we tried doing tricks on our BMX bikes.  Sometimes successful, sometimes not so much.  Hanging out with all our mates trying to out do each other.  Showing off to the girls.  We remember looking up at the people that were amazing and wanting to be just like them.  Watching the VHS tapes.  Staring at the posters tacked to our bedroom walls.  Daydreaming in school and waiting for the rain to stop so we could go out and ride our bikes!

Then, to see our heroes in real life; wow!

With my BMX act, when I am on stage, I bring these memories straight back!  The children love the BMX stunts.  The Mums love the muscly hairy legs.  The Dads love seeing a real bloke doing bloody good tricks.  So great.

In my early teens I bought my first BMX freestyle bike.  Within two years I was travelling around northern NSW performing in front of audiences. After a brief interlude with post secondary education (Bachelor of Computing Studies, Graduate Diploma in Education), I discovered the circus. I came back to my BMX and learnt more tricks and developed an outstanding act.

After attending the National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA), I was picked up by Circus Oz.  I toured the world being paid to do something that I love.  Skids and wheelies!!  AWESOME!  How can life get better than this?  Scott Hone.
