Kraft Gives Moms a Mother's Day Away. Watch how

Leave the mothering to someone else and enjoy a day of no meltdowns, no diaper changes and no going to the bathroom with kids pounding on the door. What bliss!

To raise awareness of invisible labor, Maxwell House created a video featuring expectant parents at a birthing class.

The soon-to-be parents are surprised with a video that features experts in the field… their own moms, who educate them on the labor of love that went overlooked throughout their lives. View the full video.

Our call centers field over 480,000 calls every year (that’s over 1800 calls per day!) from Kraft Heinz consumers. They are on the front lines listening to consumer feedback on our products.

On April 30, 2019, Kraft Heinz joined C3i in El Paso, TX (and via Skype with Hyderabad, India) to celebrate a momentous year back together. They highlighted the fact that a record amount of employees have remained with the Kraft Heinz program since Day One, contributing to our successful KPI performance and dedication to servicing our loyal consumers across phone, e-mail, paper mail, and social media channels.

The Latino Hispanic BRG hosted “Behind the product Taco Bell” with great fanfare!

Around 300 employees joined the event in person and via webcast to celebrate Mexican food and learn more about our diverse product line. Be on the lookout for more great events to come from the Latino/Hispanic BRG.
