The Anitua Group, was well represented and received plenty of exposure at the recent Australia PNG Business Forum and Trade Expo which it sponsored in Cairns in May. The event enabled us to forge new business relationships and strengthen existing partnerships, as well as learn more about upcoming business opportunities.
Event highlights included (1) John Gethin-Jones’ (Managing Director, NCS) excellent keynote presentation on the integration of women throughout the workforce and his message that violence is a barrier to this integration; (2) Prime Minister Peter O’Neill’s commendation of NCS’s successful expansion throughout PNG; and (3) the Financial Review’s coverage of the conference which included a positive and considerable back page feature on The Anitua Group.
